A look inside the PAC before painting was complete.
What's Happening?
Work on the PAC and Band Room has progressed steadily over the past two weeks! Crews are hard at work to complete Phase 3 before school gets out for the summer so we can then focus on the remaining work at the High School!
In the PAC, painting is well underway, with crew completing the ceiling and wall finishes in advance of upcoming fixture installation and flooring. In the band room, mechanical and electrical teams are finalizing overhead work so that painting can be completed next. Mezzanine construction is also nearing completion, providing additional storage for the school.
Across the rest of the High School, second-shift work has been implemented to minimize disruption, with lighting upgrades and painting occurring after school hours.

Last week we welcome some of the middle school students in the renovation area to learn more about the trades. Students had the chance to meet with the mechanical, electrical, and general trades contractors to ask questions and learn more about the different construction careers.

DID YOU KNOW?
The crews onsite were very exited to walk some students through the construction zone last week. Many of the tradesmen that met with the students began their construction careers in either the
apprenticeship or youth apprenticeship programs. Youth apprenticeships allow students to get real time on the job experience while still in school. The 2025-2026 school year alone brought in 1,547 new youth apprentice students into the construction industry across the state of Wisconsin.
