The trophy case framing and blocking have been completed in the new addition corridor.
What’s Happening?
Overhead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing have continued in the new addition with heating hot water lines getting installed in the gym, and ductwork getting installed in the corridor. The crews onsite installing these components have been working together to coordinate locations and heights to avoid any conflict.
In the fitness room, some of the final touches have begun with the tile installed on the restroom walls, the windows installed and sealed, and the space is getting prepped for flooring.
The office area has also seen some big changes recently as the ceiling grid and border has been installed as well as new windowsills.
The exterior has continued to progress with brick wrapping up last week and the air and vapor barrier crew returning to finish up the north and south canopies. Soon we will see site concrete and asphalt on the north side of the building.

Exterior grading has begun on the south side of the addition.

Did you Know?
With overhead electrical ongoing, the electricians have installed many runs of Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT) conduit in the walls and on the ceiling. Although there are many types of conduits, EMT is a popular choice because it is lightweight but strong and easy to bend, while also giving the electrical wiring a clean and organized appearance.
