Referendum 2024 Progress Updates
Progress Update: September 19, 2025
PROVIDED BY FINDORFF
The cloud acoustical ceiling panels have been installed in the fitness center.
What’s Happening?
Work on site has continued moving forward as the crews on site keep working in the new fitness and office areas, as well as the gym addition.
The roofing scope for the addition has been wrapped up, allowing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection subcontractors to move into the space and begin their above ceiling installation, keeping their materials protected from the elements. The new roof also allows us to start hanging drywall in the corridor.
Exterior brick has continued with most the south building face completed. Also on that south face, the soffit framing has been finished and is ready to receive spray foam.
The fitness room has been painted, and the cloud ceiling tiles have also been completed. Flooring will begin soon as the space really starts to take its final shape.
Drywall has been hung on the North wall of the addition corridor. Now the finishing process begins.

Did you Know?
The asphalt binder course of the parking lot has been installed recently. This is the first of two layers asphalt that make up the finished product. The binder course is the part of asphalt process that allows small imperfections in the grading to be accounted for, as well as gives strength and durability to the finished product. The top coat, which is installed later, gives the paving a smooth finish and helps protect against the elements.
