The tile in the women's restroom has been completed and the installation of bathroom fixtures has begun.

What’s Happening?

The new office areas is starting to wrap up! This week carpenters have been hard at work with the casework installation throughout the entire space. This area will soon be completed and ready for the addition turnover!

In the gym, the painting has been completed with the west gym wall receiving its final coat of Rib Lake Maroon and the gold acoustical panels starting on the north wall. Planning and coordination is ongoing as we prepare for gym equipment and gym floor installations.

Finishes have begun in the corridor and bathrooms as well. The tile walls in each bathroom have been installed while the plumbers following right behind with bathroom fixtures. The corridor paint is ongoing as the space starts to gain some color.

The Rib Lake Maroon wall has been completed in the gym.

The overhead pipe insulation has been completed and is prepared for painting.

The casework in the main office has been set.

The gold acoustical panels in the gymnasium have started to be set.  Soon a gold band will surround the new gym space.

 

Did You Know?

After completing all overhead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, the gym ceiling was ready for painting. To avoid the time-consuming process of masking and covering surfaces that shouldn’t be painted, a specialized product called Dryfall paint was used. Dryfall is a spray-applied coating that adheres like standard paint, but its overspray dries almost instantly. By the time it reaches the floor, it has fully dried and can be swept away immediately.
