What's Happening?

The gym addition has made great progress the last two weeks! This week we have seen the installation of the gym equipment including basketball hoops, divider curtain and wall pads. This install will wrap up just in time for the wood flooring to begin next week.

The rest of the addition has continued with finishes. The permanent light fixtures in the corridor and the restrooms have been installed and are now providing light for the work to come. The flooring in the addition corridor has also begun with the luxury vinyl tile on the south side of the building and will continue going in throughout the addition and Middle School.

On the exterior of the building, the metal panel has continued to push forward despite the cold and snow. The new corrugated panel has shown a glimpse of the finished look with the Rib Lake Maroon starting to show.

DID YOU KNOW?

Luxury vinyl tile (LVT) is the flooring type that will be used for the corridors throughout the Rib Lake. Although it has a similar appearance to wood flooring, LVT is waterproof. Due to this property, LVT is a popular choice in areas exposed to moisture like kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and busy school hallways.
